Man vs Food: Indonesia style! Fried OX-Tail
Obviously we can clearly see who won, this dish was just marvelous in so many ways. The cartilage was easily detached from the bone and the meat itself melted in my mouth as soon as i stripped it off the bone with my teeth. I have tried several Fried OX-tail and Regular Ox tail soup and this is by far the best one to date! Very Authentic and well-prepared!
